we have been getting some responses back from people that can not make it to the wedding..and they have sent a check with the response card.. can we cash these now or do we have to wait till after the wedding?? does it matter?
Yes, Cash it now so you don't tie up their account and send a thank you right away so they know you received it!!
I read that you can cash them right away and don't need to wait. However, go to Hallmark and buy really nice Thank You cards and send those out as well. That is exactly what I have been doing. I also plan to send those people a real TY card when we get them after the wedding.
