We have started receiving wedding gifts and checks in the mail. Am I supposed to send out thank yous right away, or am I supposed to wait until we have our pics back so that i can include a pic?

Re: Etiquette Question
i'd send out thank yous as you get the gifts. it's easier that way. if you want to send pics you can send them out later, or set up a website (on photobucket or something) that allows people to look at the pics and allow them to order prints if they want.

Send them out so you get it out of the way.

Re: Etiquette Question
Our Thank You's are part of our wedding photography package, and will be a postcard or card with a wedding day pic, so were waiting until after the wedding to get the Thank Yous made and then send them all out.

Mine is the same so we are waiting...I don't want people to not get a pic b/c they were too nice and sent up a pic b/4 wedding

Re: Etiquette Question
Send them out right away. I sent TYs for everything we received before the wedding within a week of receiving the gift.
It really makes a huge dent in the post-wedding TY note writing too!

Re: Etiquette Question
I have been sending out Thank yous (informal) as we have been getting the gifts. I have been keeping a list, so that when we get our formal thank you pics, we will also send them those out as well.
