Ok, so what do I do about the ETSY vendor who has ignored my messages since Feb. 28??? I emailed her twice and now I'm really p*ssed she's not even responding Any advice?

Yes, she does have my money. I paid it on Feb. 17 when ordered. At first she would get back to me, but after the 2nd set of proofs I haven't heard a word.

get your money back for paypal NOWWWWW!!!! file an abuse thing through etsy and then file a claim for a refund through paypal... dont put it off cuz you have either 30 or 45 days from date of purchase (iforget which one but i wanna say 45)
