Has anyone ordered something from Etsy and it never arrived? Not asking for specific names just wondering if this has ever happened to you and what did you have to do about it.

I ordered table number holders from a shop in the UK and it's been nearly three weeks and it hasn't arrived. I've contacted the person more than once and she keeps saying it's in the mail.:sleeping

you can try filing a non-delivery report against the seller. Etsy will research it, and depending on the situation, they may close the seller's store. If you paid through paypal, you can get your money back within 45 days.

I had an incident where I had to file a non-delivery report, and that lit a fire under the seller's butt, and I received my product a few days later.
