anyone have issues with a non-delivery from a seller?

i'm unsure if I should just wait until after christmas to see if my item comes in, or should just file it anyways.


here's the story:

ordered a personalized day of bridal hoodie back on Nov 15th. The seller states it takes 2-3 weeks upon delivery. I've sent the seller 3 friendly emails asking about the status of the hoodie (bc right now we're at 5 weeks and no delivery), and she hasn't responded to any of my emails. I know she's been on because she has been having alot of positive feedback from customers who have purchased things after me, and have already received it. Since I paid with paypal, I have to report a non-delivery of item within 45 days to be reimbursed. Think I should just wait a few more days, or just take care of it now.

I think you should go ahead and file the dispute. I know paypal will try to reach out to the seller, go back and forth, etc until they reach a resolution.

No response to me could mean a few things, maybe she's not getting your email. Or maybe you're not getting her response (spam). Or she's ignoring you completely. Are yo u sending her messages via etsy or regular email? If through etsy, I would say proceed.

I also agree. I have ordered from Etsy vendors quite a few times and not had an issue (knock on wood). Report it so they can also reach out to the vendor, which will hopefully motivate her to respond to you. It's strange that the seller hasn't even responded to your e-mails.

sent out the report, so fingers crossed she'll send me my hoodie. I was so excited to get it lol
