Etsy Vendor for Cake Topper

I ordered my cake topper from an etsy vendor on Sept. 20th. She replied 5 days later that she received my order. My wedding is about 24 days and her website now says that it takes 3 weeks for her to complete the cake topper besides shipping. I have emailed her many times and no response yet. I'm so freaking out as I don't want to order another one and get stuck with paying for 2. Has this happened to anyone? What have you done? I'm not sure if I can mention her name or shop name on here.
