Eve of Milady ivory color
My wedding is actually in chicago but I was doing searches on eve of milady and found this website and noticed that there are quite a few brides on here with EOM dresses so I figured I should ask my question here. I'm getting the E6 and when I tried it on, I fell in love with it but hated the DW against my skintone so I ordered it in ivory because all of the other ivory dresses I have tried on look way better on my skin vs. their white counterparts and I love how rich ivory tends to look. But the salesladies at the stores I went to where they had the EOM dresses all wanted me to get the white because they said the dress looked best in the white. One lady said that the ivory doesn't take away from the silver detailing, the dress just looks 'vintage'(whatever that means). So my question is has anyone seen her dresses in the ivory and if so, how different is it from the DW? I know that the ivory will flatter me more I just don't want it to take away from the detailing. And I am talking about the regular ivory and not the antique ivory. I would have loved to get the antique ivory because it was a pretty gold color but they didn't have it in the E6. Any help you ladies can give me would be greatly appreciated! I think the only reason I am stressing about the color issue is because of the opinion of the salesladies.
