I usually do errands or shop or whatever for like 45 minutes and then come back and eat lunch at my desk.

I try to go out every day, otherwise it feels liek I have been here forever.
Yes, I am. I would love to take lunch breaks, but parking is so bad here that if I leave, I'll never get a parking spot when I come back!
When I was still working in Manhattan, I used to go the gym during my lunch hour and then eat at my desk when I got back to the office. Now that I'm working on LI, I usually eat first and then go out and do errands or chat with my FH on my cell phone in my car. Being able to go to the gym during lunch is about the only thing I miss after leaving Manhattan!
I don't like going out because I can't stand dealing with Franklin Avenue. Plus I usually like playing games during lunch.

I usually split up the week. Two or three days I will eat lunch at my desk and not go out at all, and the other days I'll go out and do some errands, shop, etc then come back eat at my desk. I have lunch with friend 2 - 3 times per month also.

I am the same, mainly b/c I have a lot to do and would rather neglect lunch and get out at a decent hour, at least most of the time.
