Even though you have bought your house or in contract, do you still find yourself looking at the for sale ads?

I keep looking just to compare, but I think I have to stop before I see anything I like better.

I look all the time still, only because we I think our house is alot nicer than most for the price range we paid. I am shocked to see what the houses look like that are more $ than ours. I saw one that was $30,000 more than ours and the siding was MINT GREEN.

I always look, and it just proves our choice was the best. Also, it gives me ideas on what to do to our house next year.

I still look, now I a nosey and curious. I am loving our house and stare at the pictures daily. I am also looking to see if I see anything for any friends that I have looking.

my mother has been looking for 40 years...she says she likes to know what her house is worth...

so it may never end for you...

we still look occasionally...b/c we are toying with the idea of a 2nd property to rent out
