Ever been to Italy or...

Just got back from Italy in mid May...it was great, we were there for three weeks...

My all time fav. cities:
Venice and Sorrento!

The Venice pics are in the beginning of the album online, and the Sorrento pics are at the end (we went from North to Southern Italy...DH lived there for 7 years, so he felt very comfortable driving around himself).

We went on a Mediterranean Cruise for the HM. We used Royal Carribean. Most of the cruise was in Italy.

I have also been to Italy two other times- but I didn't arrange the travel on either of those trips. (I was in High School the first time, and the second time I stayed with my sister who was studying there.) So I cant' be too helpful with that.

Anyway- let me know if you have any specific and I'll help out the best I can.

Kathy, your pictures are wonderful. Thank you for sharing them. I love San Gimignano (sp?). And it bought back memories seeing pictures of some of the places you went to (that I didn't go to in October.)

On our HM, my favorite stop was definately Sorrento. My DH lived Debrovnik the best.

ME too!
We went to Venice, Florence, Rome and Sorrento/Capri (along with a few cities in between)
If this is your first time going i HIGHLY recommend Rome for obvious reason.
Venice....just breathtaking
Capri was like being on a tropical island and a wonderful way to end our trip there.

OMG we are going in October as part 2 of our HM going on a cruise Radisson Seven Seas I love the pictures!!! I cant wait now!!! but i have to get through part 1 leaving this friday aruba for 10 days
