ever feel....

ever feel like ur taking on more then u can handle right now... but deep down in ur heart u know u can do it...

well im getting married march 10, 2007 as if thats not enough stress on my hands, fiance just joined the fire department (many social events we have to attend to his first year), and me and the soon to be hubby are buying our first starter house...... just finished meeting with the mortg broker ... . not to happy with him .... he has us in a program that we have to show $4,800 in our bank account at all times up until 2 months after the closing....the bank will not give us a 6% sellers concession only 3% and we need at least 4.5% sellers concession to meet all the closing costs... the soon to be hubby works 7 days a week 2 no strike that 3 jobs and i work 1 job during the week and a 2nd job on saturdays... and i just applied for a 3rd job for night after 5 pm ... if feels like to much is going on at one time.. but in my heart i know we can do it.... im just stressed ... wana cry...

Don't cry sweetie... will make us cry too. You can make it and when it's all done you will have a house, a wonderful wedding to look back on and the man of your dreams by your side!

It's been said a million times before, but just remember that getting through the hard times together will only make you stronger!

Sorry you are feeling overwhelmed...I think it really stinks that we have to struggle soooo hard in this State! Just to have a little something! I wish there was something that could be done to make it easier for the younger generation to OWN something and not have top spend 24hours a day working for it and we could actually Enjoy it!

FH and I both work full time and I am in graduate school - so we are very busy. we are also looking to buy a house but we are going to wait until the winter

Honestly, if you need to work 3 jobs to buy the house, I would wait and save some more $$ - if you have to work so much to afford it its probably not worth it - you'll never get to enjoy it!

oh boy i know how you feel. you are taking on a lot, but if you know in your heart you can handle it, then you will get through it.

i can relate. i work fulltime, fulltime student as well finishing up my BA in psych, just got through the grad school app process (interviews out of state and such), wedding planning, moving from apt to fi parents till we move this aug to NC so i can start grad school and fi can expand his boss's business. we are both in my brother's wedding in 2 weeks. i just have so much on my mind i want to crawl into bed and sleeeeeeeeeep until august...but i dont, bc i know i can work through the next few months...and then it will be different, maybe not easier, but better.
