Ever feel closer to your LIW pals than your Non LIW pals??
My birthday was Wednesday and while I went out and celebrated with friends Saturday night only 1 friend called to say Happy Birthday. Meanwhile I came on here and many people wished me Happy Birthday, Those who I haven't even met (yet) remembered it.
Anyone ever feel closer to those pals on LIW?

I sometimes feel that way. When I have news to share, I often want to post it on LIW before I call many of my 'real-life' friends.

Most definitely since through out the times, I have lost many or I ever speak to them anymore. The few that i had that is. I feel so close to some of you, but yet I have never met you. i feel so welcomed here.

This is true for me too. I came on here to tell you all that I was laid off before I called my friends. I felt like I could get it out of my system before I called them.

I've met a bunch of people I now consider 'real life ' friends, and I do have a few people, I really do care for a lot a lot, even if I don't see them a lot, or have never actually met them. I've gone through a lot in the past year, and even people I don't know at all have really been there for me, and I defintiely feel like I have made or am forming close lifetime friendships with LIW people.
Plus I'm ALWAYS on LIW, so you all know more about my day to day insanity in my life

Even though I havent met most of you, I do feel like I am closer to you ladies. There are times when I feel more comfortable talking to you ladies than my own

Also...what i find myself doing is...looking forward to talking with LIW gals as opposed to non-LIW gals.. I can go days without talking with a non-liw friend... I usually look to speak with my liw friends on a daily (actually MULTIPLE times) basis.
