Ever go to vegas in april?

Is it warm enough in april to actually go swimming?

I went at the end of March once...and I think it was warm...but I didn't do any swimming...only b/c I was too busy gambling...

DH grew up in the AZ dessert and said April should be good for swimming

Went the last week of April last year and definitely hit the pool although I was told it was unusually windy the week I was there ... if it was less windy it would have been perfect ... the wind made it a bit chilly in & out of the pool.

We went and it was chilly - only in the 50's, but they had said the week before was in the 70's... my friends brother lives there and he says that time of year it really varies from day to day...

I went in April 3 years ago. We actually had rain for 2 days For us there was no way it was warm enough to go swimming or even lay out but we could have just had a strange week.

We went in April about 4 years ago and we definitely went swimming. It was in the high 70s.

I went in April about 4 years ago as well and it wasn't warm enough to go swimming. But I hear we hit unseasonable weather - it actually snowed the week before we went. One day we did sit by the pool and it was warm enough - just a light breeze but too breezy to swim. In the days, I mostly wore jeans and tanks/tees with a light sweater. At night it was really cold. I only brought a lightweight jacket and I was very cold. Hoep you hit better weather than we did!

we are going the end of this april, craig told me it is hot then? last week in april
depends if you go beginning or end of the month I guess?

My sister is on vacation there right now. She called yesterday and said they were heading to the pool. It was in the low 80's. I guess it's hit or miss with the weather there.

I went in April '01 and it was only in the 60s-70s, so we did not go swimming at all. I wore mostly capris or jeans and short sleeves.

We were in Vegas for St. Patrick's Day a few years ago and it was chilly. During the Day 60s and, at night 50.

I went in April a few years ago and it was not swimming weather imo. It was too windy, although in the low 70's. Just not swimming weather for me.
