Thank you. I think it is just one of those days for everyone. Even my other colleague called me up and said it's a bad day!

Ugh, I kind of had one of those days yesterday. I started my day at the DMV because my registration renewal and check was lost in the mail...or DMV...and was never processed. All but one of them were so freakin' nasty!
I have to say though, even with the LIRR mess last night, throughout the day I crossed some nice people to give some faith that there are some nice people.

Most of my DMV experiences are bad unfortunately . Sorry to hear Gigi. There are some nice people out there- just not where I work.
