where you're so physically and emotionally exhausted??
i have no idea, but this week I feel so drained. I have so many lessons to work on for my classes, I work straight through my lunch. I couldn't even get myself to the gym today.
Now I want to go to the g2g tonight but i cant even MOVE!!!!
Why am I so tired!?

aww yea we all get there hun. Try and hang in there. Sometimes a good night out is good for ya though. If you are really tooooo shot go home and watch the game and go to bed early.

Yes...that was me on Sunday night. I've been sick ever since If I were you, I'd up my vitamins and drink lots of water...if anything's trying to attack your immune system, you can beat it.
I find that Zinc is awesome if you take it as soon as you feel something coming on. 'Course, I couldn't find my zinc pills until after I got sick

Thats been me all week!! I have a sinus infection and cant be bothered once work is over. I have been just sitting around the house all week.

I've felt exhausted all week and I haven't done anything extra stressful. I think it's the time change too and the fact that it's dark at 5pm that makes me want to crawl in bed as soon as I get home.

I hear ya girlie!!! I have been like that for the past month resulting in me being sick for the past month. I usually get over a cold in a matter of 2-3 days and then I do not get sick at all for the rest of winter. Now, I have been fighting this damn cold for a month, not fun.
Try to take a break from the wedding stress (I know it's easier said than done) but give yourself time to mentally rest. Hope you feel better!!!
