My friend who is 8 weeks pregnant just found out she has bicornuate uterus. She and her husband dont know much about it because the doctor told her over the phone. He explained it as there being two horns and the baby growing inside(SO CONFUSING). Her next doctors appointment is on the 18th. She has been on the computer to get more info. but it is kind of scary the stuff you find on there.
Anyone have this our know anything about it?

Ive heard of it but I dont have one. Does she know the severity of it? Is her uterus more heart shaped or is it more 2 coneish?

Yes. I have heard of it. It can often cause inferility problems. Your friend should call her doctor and sit down with him/her and really discuss everything that this means for her pregnancy.

Re: Ever heard of Bicornuate Uterus?
Id demand to speak to the doc. but thats just me. A heart shaped one is less hmm I want to say serious than a coneish shaped one because of the room for baby growth etc. She really needs to tell her doc to get off his A$$ and get her in because she is concerned.

I would 100% find a new OB if I was treated like that. Sorry, but if he cannot make time for her then I would not bother with him anymore.
