Every Day Plates

BBB just raised the price $5 per setting! ARRRRRRRRRGH why??? Ridiculous.

I'm hoping it's because of their Noritake promo for month of March, if you spend 150 you get a 25 dollar certificate. Maybe they'll lower the price again after it's over.

Otherwise, in addition to being homeless, I'm not going to have anything to eat off of

That was such a depressing venture to BBB...SO much of our stuff has already been discontinued, so we're faced with having to buy it ourselves NOW if we really want it, or try to find something else...our every day water goblets, our dessert plates, our kitchen garbage can, AND our entire bath ensemble pattern is being discontinued piece by piece.

I'm so frustrated...I know this happens when you register early, but geez. It's not even that early considering my shower is in the beginning of August.

ali - check out homeclick.com they carry lots of stuff thats being discontinued and they have AWESOME prices!!! i bought my entire set of china with bonus soup bowls for 30% less then it would have been at BBB with coupons.....everything came in perfect condition from the noritake warehouse....i plan on ordering my crystal that i had registered for at fortunoff that they no longer have from there

I noticed that with my Noritake china a couple of days ago, too, when I was doing my daily (who am I kidding, hourly) trolling on my BBB registry. I hope that's not the reason why people still aren't buying my china!!!

And I'm hoping that the Noritake promotion inspires people to go out and buy it. . .considering that the shower is 5 days after the promotion ends. . .

Wow, thanks, I'll definitely check that out!

I think we're just going to bite the bullet and buy the bath ensemble and cat toilet brush ourselves. The other stuff can be swapped out to other models pretty easily like the glasses and wine rack and garbage can...found a few stores on long island that carry the same brand of dessert plates, so hopefully that works out too. Just frustrating!
