Everyone is getting sick...

at my job with a cold
I don't want to be sick for my wedding next week. Should I start taking extra Vitamin C??

Most definitely and airborne is really good to prevent colds.

same here! And i started coughing a lil...
But for me, its more than likely allergies...
So i started taking zicam and claritin.

I'm so upset because I'm the type of person that gets sick really easily. What's airborne?

Its like a pill kind of like alka seltzer that you put in a glass of water and drink. It's supposed to help prevent you from getting a cold.

I am starting my Claritin-D treatment today... that way next weekend I'll be good to go!! No more killer allergies for me

def zinc and vitamin C and L-lysine is supposed to be a great immune booster too. and drink LOTS of water. . and last I know this seems unrelated but take calcium. .my doctor told me that for some reason when you are low on calcium you tend to get colds more. .

i know im sick right now and so are some others... i already took 2 packets of emergen-c (amazing stuff) and one pill of euchanasia i feel a little better but my throat is still killng me
