Im sorry for posting this BS, but I cant help it. She is one of the most self centered people I have ever encountered.

Tell me if Im wrong.

Hi everyone, I realize I haven't spoken with many people lately, I have
been a bit busy, I have moved into my new 'crib',
I just love it , it is real sunny and open, and my little balcony is
great,can't wait for the warmmer weather to enjoy it.
I just purchased my new Jetta GLS, silver out and black leather inner,
sun roof and fully loaded, I will be enjoying my cruising out to the
Hampton's....I am off to California in the am for 2 weeks to train,
looking forward to getting into some
warmer weather.Then I am expected to be off and running selling and
selling......so exciting.So hope everyone is well and
I'll write just as soon as I can again. God Bless and Happy weekend to
all.....

Yeah we cant figure out what its supposed to be, she says that its a manhattan accent, but Fh says no its a southern accent, get it right.

Ah, don't let it get to you... some people just don't realize Just try to brush it off....Think of how happy you will be on your wedding day, starting your 'new' life with FH and enjoying every happy moment together and all you will share together. SMILE

You got it, believe me its quite commical, but aggrevating especially when she insults us for being low life long islanders

She once told me I should work in NYC so I would be more worldy.

How you had to live in the city to really understand how everyone felt.

Ugh! Name dropping and basically bragging. I think maybe she has an empty life and thinks she can fill it with objects. She probably feels bad about herself and it makes her feel better to be able to name drop and make it sound like she's living such a 'fantastic' life. Who is she trying to convince?? Herself, that's who.

People like that make me laugh. FH has a cousin like that who's always flapping her gums about where her latest vacation is and how wonderful this person is because they have money. Its so sad. But if I had to listen to her all the time I'd probably lose my mind!

Wacky, thanks for posting this! I needed the smile this morning!!

I have a friend like your fsil...the problem is that sometimes I let her 'attitude' get to me. She's caused more than her share of anger among my friends.

I totally respect the way that you are handling her! You are not letting her get to you, and you're actually having fun laughing it off. I'm going to try your technique...

Sounds like a friend of mine that is in Bridal Party, When I call her all she does is talk about her self, she doesn't even take a breath, so I know exactly the type you are dealing with and I am sorry !
