So, FH did not send me flowers on V-day...which I swear, is 100% fine with me...money is tight and I know they jack up the prices today, etc.
So the other young attorney in my office got roses from her FH....and the receptionist sees me a half-hour or so after they arrived and says: 'I guess you're not getting any flowers, huh?'
I mean really....how rude? What if I had been really upset about it...she stinks!

She was probably taking her pain out on you. Maybe she doesn't even have anyone that might have sent her flowers? Remember how painful V-day was when you had noone? Not that I am defending her or anything.

hehe shes probably a miserable witch that takes pride in putting other people down. i cant stand people like that..... if i were you, i would walk into work tomorrow and be like 'sooooo what did you get for valentines day??' then pause and be like, 'oh wait, you arent dating anyone are you?' ok lemme stop.. i should be nice...
