UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

There is this CREEPY guy who rides his bike infront of our office building everyday (he is the janitor in our building)......no idea who he is and have never spoken to him. He is so creepy and everytime I see him, he literally stops everything hes doing and he stares for a good 15 seconds, enough to creep me out. I just got back and was walking into the building and hes RIGHT THERE (never been so close to him)......
