Has anyone used them? Any comments good/bad? My husband lost his wedding band at the beach a couple of weeks ago and they have it for much cheaper then the jewelry store. Just a little hesitant.

We ordered my DH's wedding band from there. He got a palladium ring. We've only been married 2 months, but so far its held up. It came very fast too, and was exactly what we ordered.

I've talked to the customer service department as part of comparison shopping and they were very friendly and helpful. I ended up getting the ring somewhere else, but the company was favorably spoken of on the IndieBride message boards.

They don't accept credit cards. That's what makes us a little hesitant. Do you just send them a check? Did it make ordering with them a hassle?

I just went on the website again. I read it wrong. They do accept credit cards. They just list other forms of payment incase you don't have one.

We got our wedding bands from there. I think they were great, I'm very happy we used them. I wanted a plain platinum band as my engagement ring is platinum but rather 'busy.' Platinum is REALLY expensive. And then my husband decided he wanted platinum too, as he wanted to match. Since he's a big guy with big hands, his ring was going to be very expensive. So I needed to shop around, and e-weddingbands had, by far, the best prices. And they're not little skinny rings, either. My ring is a nice heavy weight, and I didn't get the thicker version (glad I didn't.) My DH's ring is also really thick. They're both gorgeous rings.

The rings arrived very quickly, there was no sales tax, they engraved them for free, and I think shipping was free, too, although that might have been a promotion. I also had talked to them about creating a custom ring for me, and they were very helpful and always got back to me very quickly. So I recommend them very highly. One of my favorite wedidng vendors!
