I just spent ten mintues hiding on my bed because GODZILLA cricket justscurried across my floor.

I HATE effing cricktes!!!

I threw some shoes on it andI dont know where it went...

UGHH I have kids tomorrow and I will now be up al night worrying about the evil cricket coming to get me....

I have one too.... The last time I saw it, it jumped at me, and I screamed.... FH laughs, b/c I arrest criminals, but I am afraid of bugs!!!!

Dude.. crickets arent like bugs though...

They are like these HUGE jumpy scary black THINGS with antennea...UGH

Is it me or are there a lot of crickets this summer?!? What makes them come inside anyway? Gross!

i hate i mean really hate them they are the one insect that freck me out totally i have my fh vacuum them when they come around and you hear their bone like legs

we are having a cricket catastrophe this summer. it seems like there are TONS.

i heard there is some sort of cricket bait you can get, i have to like in to that. they are making me crazy.

Lots of crickets by me, too - I'm in Suffolk county for the past year and it seems like there's more of EVERY bug here than in Nassau!

Get this.. so today I get home from school and I was telling ym mom about the massive giant cricket. SO she says 'oh dont worry he is dead....I washed him'

Me: UMMM WHAT ma

Mom: Oh well I picked up a buch of clothes from the hamper and he jumped and fell in the washer so I washed him and plucked him out after he was dead

Me: **cringing in disgust and amazement** I have cricket guts on my CLOTHES??!!??

I was scared of crickets here too until I visited Texas. Now those are some crickets!!!!! They are about 3 inches long and wide.

My friend is a teacher & her classroom was infested w/ them, apparently they came in through the airvents. NASTY!!!!!! I didn't even want to walk into her class. I mean hundreds of crickets on the floor, mostly dead, but not all.

I know and she wont tell me what clothes she washed!

(and yes....... my mother still does my laundry. Im pathetic but I still live at home and she is obsessive about cleaning so I cant even wear enough clothes for a load before is washed, dried and folded.)
