Exactly a year ago today... Update on pg 2 about my night

FH was diagnosed with cancer. I cannot believe how much time has passed. I wasn't going to post this, but that whole happy with your life thread had me thinking. A year ago I would not have ever imagined going through what I did. Now here we are, engaged, getting married SOON, and happier than ever.

I took tonight off from my part time job to cook FH a nice dinner and celebrate his health.

Ladies, always remember to tell the people you love how you feel about them.

Hollie, both you and John are clear examples of what it means to be truly blessed. You are both phenominal people, and deserve nothing less than all the health and happiness in the world!!

John and I had a great evening. I cooked him MY favorite dish (ok, he loves it too!)- chicken parm. I made the sauce fresh and bought fresh mozzarella. We had a nice salad and his favorite cookies for desert. We ate by candle light (how romantic! ) and just spent the time talking about how lucky we are to have each other. It was truly a great night.
