I wish I could find someone to do this for me at a reasonable price. I've searched far and wide and the least expensive was 3k!!

To get a company that shoots either super 8 or 16mm flim (the vintage look) is very expensive! But this is the look I really really want for my video.

does it need to be authentic? there are screens that videographers can use during the editing process to make it look that way...that should be A LOT cheaper and better than the old super 8

i would just ask if they can make parts of the video look vintage. like 8mm. im sure they get that request from time-to-time...and from what i understand as long as they have the program to do it (software program) it shouldnt be that much more complicated....(i.e., no more money!)

check out golden moments website... i thought they had a video like that on their website where it looked vintage.. def look at it:) I loooove their stuff:)

Try Rob from Couped-Up Productions...he worked as an editor before he became a videographer so he might be able to give you that effect...and he starts his packages at $895.

Oh! Couped up shoots has that style too. I think he would use 8 mm camera. I would call him and ask him. I know he showed me something like that though.
