WE NEED A TIMELINE!!!!!!!????????

This was mine - I gave it to the photographer, limo, and my DH...I didn't require all BM to get hair and makeup done together, GM to all meet in one place before church and I lived in one part of Queens had to get to another part of Queens to get ready and church and then reception in LI and I had one Escalade limo for 5 hours.


8:30 - 8:45 Denise (me) and BM leave from my apt to go to hair salon. SIL to pick up mom and bring to hair salon.

9:30 – 11:30 Denise, Mom, MOH, 2 BM's get hair done

11:00 –12:30 Denise, MOH, Mom, SIL gets makeup done

12:00 – 12:15 GM (who need ride) arrive at Lou’s parent’s house in SI – all dressed and ready

12:30 – 12:40 Limo arrives/leaves SI (pick up Lou, family and GM)

12:30 – 1:30 Denise, family and BM get dressed and ready

1:00 – 1:30 All BM’s (all ready) meet at Mom/Aunt’s house

1:20 – 1:30 Limo (same one that has DH and family and GM) picks up Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt in Bklyn on the way to church

1:30 Photographer arrives at Mom’s/Aunt’s house.. BM and bride pictures, bride with family pictures

2:00 – 2:30 Ringbearer meets up Mom’s/Aunt’s house

2:15 – 2:30 GM meet at Church

2:15 Limo drops off Groom, GM and family at Church

2:30 Limo Arrives to pick up Bride, BM and parents

3:00 –3:30 pm Wedding Ceremony

3:30 – 4:15 Church empties (quickly – receiving line of only parents and bride and groom) and few quick church pictures

4:15 – 5:15 In-transit to NRC

5:15 – 6:15 Pictures at NRC – bride and groom, bridal party, immediate family

6:00 (Latest) Immediate family (moms, dads, sisters and brothers) arrive at NRC to take family pictures

6:30 Cocktail hour begins – Whoo-hoo! Party Begins! Let’s eat!

I did thisd in an excel spreadsheet. I just put in a lot of notes (I deleted them for this posted for obvious reasons : ) ).... but you can set it up anyway you want. I emailed it to everyone - including FH, and bridal party.

8.00a Wake Up / Shower, etc.

9.00a MOH/BM arrives

9.30a Hair & Makeup arrives

12.00 Photographer arrives for home pix

1.00p limo picks up bride, etc.

1.30p bride arrive at Island Hills for pix

2.00p limo picks up groom, etc.

2.30p groom arrives at Island Hills for pix

3.30p guests arrive

4.00p ceremony begins

5.00p cocktail hour begins

6.00p reception begins

10.00p bride & groom head to hotel for after party

ok, I don't really have one, but for I sort of feel liek everyone is making one around me ( like the photographres, mairdreser's etc)

So far:
9:30 hair at salon

11 -1 makeup at mom's ( don't know order of the 5 of us yet)

1-flowers are coming
( at some pint in here I guess I get dressed!)

1 45 photographers are coming

3 45 limo is coming

4 pm ceremony

the rest is a guess at this point
end of ceremony tilll 5:15 ish-receiving line & church photos

5:15-5:30 travel
5:30- 6:30 pictures outide reception , weather permitting.

6:30 pictures inside reception
7 -coctail hour starts/we bustle in bridal suite
7 :15 ( I hope) we join coctail hour
8pm reception!
12:15 limo to hotel!

Did they think you were nuts? I'm afraid if I show up with a spread sheet, I'll be whisked off to the looney bin.
FH is fond of schedules though. He fully admits he is expecting to be told when to go to the church!

Here's my preliminary version:

8:00 am Bridal wakes, takes shower

9:00 am Breakfast with the bridal party (having breakfast delivered)

10:00 am Vicky arrives at house to do my hair

10:00 am The girls shower and do their hair

11:30 am The girls get their makeup done

12:30 pm Photographer arrives at house. BM and bride pictures

12:50 pm Must be dressed and ready to go

1:00 pm Limo 1 arrive/leave for Leonard’s at Bride’s location

1:15 pm Limo 2 arrive/leave for Leonard’s at Groom’s location

2:00 pm Limo 2 drops off Bride, BM and FG at Leonard’s

2:15 pm Limo 1 drops off Groom, GM at Leonard’s

3:00 –3:30 Wedding Ceremony

3:30 – 4:30 Cocktail hour

3:30 – 4:30 Photos

4:30 – 8:30 Wedding Reception

4:45 pm Bridal Party, Bride and Groom Entrance

*Note: bridal party will be sleeping over at the house the night before.
