I used them and they were ok but I did have 1 problem with them. We had booked the BMW 745 for us and the Escalade for the BP. The day of the weding they sent their Lexus instead of the BMW. When I asked what happened they said the BMW caught on fire the day before. And of course there is nothing they can do about that but IMO if that happened the before and they knew they were booked the next day why didn't they call me that night and let me know what happened and perhaps offer me a different car? Instead they call 20 minutes before the scheduled pick up time on the wedding day and they call my apartment even though they knew I wasn't there rather than call my parents house. So that seemed pretty shady since they had all the info and telephone numbers for all the pic up locations. Had I known before hand I would've cancelled that limo and just jumped in the Escalade with the BP. They never gave us any money back either.
