If I am going to feed my envelops through my printer, how should I set up my document for the labels?
I am so clueless when it comes to this stuff. I know I have done it before but I figure it's safer to ask than to start it and mess it all up.

Re: Excel/ Word question
If you're going to print on the envelopes directly, use the envelope tool, not the label tool. It's under 'mailings' in MS Word.

Re: Excel/ Word question
i usually just change the size of the paper to match the size of the envelopes in Word and just go from there instead of using the mailing tool.

Use the envelope tool but make sure you run a few 'tests' through first - I used this for my eparty invites and it definitely took a few trials to get the spacing and everything right.

NO! You can do a mail merge if you have all of your addresses in excel. You set up the template and it will do them all for you.
