I am planning to book EPM for our honeymoon. We are looking to book the 2 story rooftop with pool room and the cheapest I have seen it is on their website. We were going to book the Excellence club but decided it wasn't worth it so we are just booking the regular 2 story rooftop and on their site it is 3234.00 total. Do you think it is worth it to go to a travel agent?? Could they really get this any cheaper??
I booked through a travel agent. I don't know how long your staying for and if your price includes airfare. The trip came out much cheaper when I booked with a TA and it included shuttle service and an expedition with the same room you want for 4400.

It's the regular room and I am going to ask to upgrade when I get there. I will definitely review!!!!
Sorry I'm not too helpful on the travel agent stuff but my fiancé and I went last December and the place is amazing!!!! We stayed in a regular room, which was gorgeous,, but the rooftop rooms looked spectacular! You're gonna have a great time, so jealous!
I'm not going to this resort in Playa Mujeres but we are going to the Excellence in Punta Cana, at this point, I do not think it hurts to try and compare prices, on-line, through a travel agent, everywhere - you never know when you'll get the best deal.
Book through a travel agent!! If anything goes wrong,(ie missed or cancelled flight, etc) at least you have a real person to help. I have a great TA that we have used for years - let me know if you want her info.
