Excellence Riviera Cancun?

Anyone ever been?

after a long stressful 4 days we have swtiched our HM to mexico. We were originally booked for Sandals Jamaica, but due to the time of travel prices are very high and it just seemed like we were getting more for our money travelling to Mexico. Our original place of intrest was Secrets Maroma Beach MX, but the rates when though the roof as of 5pm yesterday and the tour operator didn't book us in time. (very upset last night) So we decided to go with Excellence. If any of you ladies have any knowledge or any good or bad experiences with this resort/destination let me know. This is our first time to Mexico

Riviera Maya is beautiful- I have been there twice. My sister stayed at Excellence and love it- the service was great. A co-worker also went to a destination wedding at Excellence this past year and had all good things to say!

we got engaged at the riveria maya in mexico lat year. we stayed at the barcelo maya and we loved it .. total reccommend!

We had originally book the El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya for our HM and really seems like a great place

You'll love the Excellence! DH and I stayed at the Excellence in Playa Mujeres for our Honeymoon (it is about 45 minutes away from Riviera Cancun) and we have a blast! We loved the resort so much that we have planned our next trip to the Excellence Resort in Punta Cana, DR.
