It's official!! FH and I received the signed contract from our attorney yesterday!! We are officially in contract to buy our house!! We are making the leap to Suffolk County, like many of our NYPD co-workers have, as we can get more for our money out there! Islip Terrace here we come!! We should be closing in June! I cannot wait to actually own a house!! So scary and exciting!!
