So, today I got the call that our rings came in!! On Sunday I am going to see my dress, which just came in 2 weeks ago!! I ordered potential bridesmaids shoes from my glass slipper and they came some my MOH will come w/me on Sunday and try on the dress w/the shoes!! I owe Land's End another progress payment, so that is going to be next week

OMG there is a funny story about my parents' buying their rings there. They got the call when they came in and they went to the ATM on their way to pick them up. BTW, they swear they went to the ATM, but I'm pretty positive ATMs weren't around yet! Apparently they paid cash for their rings and as they were counting out the bills for the Karat Shop people, the got to one bill in the stack that said on it, in HUGE letters written in magic marker, 'DON'T DO IT!' LOL - so everyone in the store crowded around and everyone was shocked, and they asked my parents 'um, so do you still want the rings?' They said yes, and they will be married 26 years on May 1, 2008!

YAAY how exciting.. My dress is expected to be in at the end of April... I just went to my best friend's dress fitting last night ( shes getting married a week from today)... and it was so exciting.. I also picked up my MOH dress!! It fit perfect!!! I love Land's End just wish the payments were a bit smaller.. My next is due in March! errrr! LOL Where are you getting married>???
