Most of you know that I had to have my invites reprinted. I was bummed about the wasted money, so I decided to give their customer service number a call to see if they would do anything for me even though it was my own fault. They were SO nice and gave me a 20% discount on the next set of invites I ordered. I am VERY happy with their service

They are really good- I didn't order invites from them but I did order other things (flutes and cake set and also FH's best man gift).. I accidentally put March 9, 2007 (instead of 2008) and they redid the flutes for free!
I was so upset that I would have been out the money but was well worth the call.

so nice to hear that...i just ordered my invitations from them a few days ago and got my emailed proof today and approved it...now just waiting on their arrival...it always helps to hear opinions about a place you are dealing with...glad to hear they did this for you
