I'm using the above-referenced hotel for my wedding guests. I need to put the hotel information in the invitation, but where do I put it? Also, I don't know if anyone else has run into this, but the hotel will not give me & fiance any more hotel reservation cards/directions, as they claim they can only give out as many cards as we block rooms. They claim it's a complimentary service. Yet all my guests should have the option of seeing we blocked rooms and staying overnight. Any ideas on what to do and where in the invite they belong? Thanks!

You can go make copies at Kinko's or make something up your computer-
just add that in with your invites....

I was thinking about blocking some rooms in this hotel as well. Are you responsible for the rooms you block but unfortunately don't fill??

I am using them as well for our OOT guests. It does not make mention that the Bride & Groom are responsible for rooms not used. JPC1125 also used them and was satisfied.

I'm using them too - and I didn't like their cards - so I made my own. Their cards are self-mailers and include a place for credit card info.......who is going to send their credit card info on an open postcard?
I typed my own - and printed them on card stock (matching my direction cards for the church).

Yes, that is what Jessica told me.

That's not what I was told. I have an April 1 cut-off date. Any rooms not booked by that date are taken off the block - and those guests would not get the special group rate.
