I'm using them for all of my OOT guests for my wedding next month. I was just in NY last weekend, and checked out the hotel again. The staff was very nice. I looked at all the different rooms, double, king, and the suite (that's what me and FI are staying in) and they were all clean and neat, and every room has a fridge in it.
I've dealt with Jessica Perez, and she has been wonderful. If she is unavailable when I call she either calls me back that day, or the next. As of right now, I have no complaints!![]()
, and i hope I don't have any.

we had no complaints personally with dealing with them or from our guests who stayed there.

so is the executive inn and the best western woodbury inn the same group of people? cause i am using the best western/woodbury and used jessica perez as well. she is great about getting back to you. (we are also using the fairfield inn in syosset...also very friendly and helpful...they even gave us a couple extra rooms beyond the 'max')
