Anyone use one at work? I noticed one in my coworker's office that he wasn't using so I am now using it as my desk chair. If I like it I'll get my own. Has anyone else done or tried this? Any good or bad results?

hmmmm, i like to lean back so i dont think i would use one for work. but i do sit on my exercise ball at home when i'm watching TV. i dont know if it does anything though - does it?

Dont know. I read a website that said it did all kinds of beneficial things so I figured I'd try. My posture could use some work, and I'm hoping that over the course of 8 hours a day it will tone my abs a bit.
