Exercises to tone arms and back?

I have a little armpit and upper back fat that I want to get rid of...I don't have any real exercise equipment, any tips?? I figure 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week is good but I need some strength training exercises to tone them up

I swear by push ups...simple and you can do them anywhere. I do about 25-50 each day!

maybe buy some 5-10 pound free weights to keep at home. Very easy to store and generally very cheap! And I agree with pushups!

I was thinking about push ups but i've been running away from them! I don't think I know how to do one good push-up But it's about time that I learn so I think i'll start trying to do them properly, lol

Unfortunately you cannot 'spot train'. In fact, building muscle in those areas will actually make you look bigger.
Along with push ups to tighten and define the muscle, you need to do cardio - some running or workout videos or whatever works best for you.

Running has done wonders for my arms. I also use weights.

Armpit fat is the bane of my existence right now. My dad pointed it out and now I'm self conscious about my dress and everything! I've posted my rantings about this on here before. I've lost some weight, gone to a trainer, and I still have the chicken cutlets hanging from my armpits. I think just some people have them and some don't. The back fat has gotten way better from lifting the weights and doing the cardio, though - go for that! Good luck!
