I just got the bowflex a week ago. So far it has been doing some good on my stomach, legs and my arms. I only work out twenty minutes a day.

It is about two thousand dollars for the one that i Have which i think it does come in handy now. I do not have to go to the gym and pay a membership fee. The Best is that i get to keep it. You can go to www.blowflex.com or call them at (888) 577-1052
