I've got the standard stuffy nose/cough. Should I go to curves and just take it slow, or skip it all together so it doesn't get worse? I just started trying to get back into it after slacking off a while, and don't want to have to try and do that again... thanks!

I would wait until you are feeling much better....You are liable to get your self sicker, especially with the cold weather and everything

Though, my roommates are gone all day - maybe i'll whip out the pilates video

I have heard that it's fine to exercise when your symptoms are above the neck. Like, a cold with no chest congestion.

as long as it won't make you hack or have problems breathing (like if you have asthma) ...it's fine.

If you do work out please wash your hands before, Deb. I know that sounds like common sense but I hate when I go to Curves and I see someone obviously sick and sneezing and then grabbing the machines. I'm sure you are considerate person however!
