Experience w/ Photographer
I used Marco Photography for my wedding because I liked his work and he was the recommended vendor at our venue. We had Marco (the owner) who is a great photographer and took terrific photos of our wedding day. However, there are many internal problems within his office and we've had problems with our album.
We no longer live locally, and we went there to get our album and it was missing a page. We were told that it would be a priority for the printer to fix it. Well, it took another 2 months to get the finished album. When we picked up the album this time, it still was not what we approved, but I just gave up. I felt like I was talking to a wall. They constantly blamed the printer. The printer may be at fault, but the owner should take the blame. After all, I hired Marco Photography, not the printer. He actually said to my husband 'well sometimes things fall through the cracks'. To make a long story short, we were told it would take 6 months to get our album once we handed in the proofs and it ended up taking 13 months to receive our album - and they still did not deliver what we had in our contract.
Just out of curiousity, for any brides who have used Marco in the past, what was your experience like? Did anyone else have a similar experience?
