I am kind of disappointed- I e-mailed them for quotes like 3 weeks ago and never heard back- has anyone had any experiences with them?

I emailed them a few times for quotes and they emailed back right away. One time they called me also.
We got our dresses from netbride for Spel's wedding and everything was fine and much cheaper than any of the salons. They were shipped to us in about 4 months from when we ordered (I think).

I got quotes from them right away...I probably asked them for about 15 quotes. Did you go through the website? Maybe you used the incorrect e-mail address.
I also order the dresses throught them...two of the dresses have come in three weeks early. The last dress was ordered two three weeks after the other two - we are still waiting on it, but it is not supposed to arrive till the beginning of Oct. I'm hoping it will come at the end of Sept. So far the experience has been pretty painless.
I also have a pregnant BM, which is why I had to order one of the dresses late. Actually what happened is I order three dresses at one time, a week later one of my BM called to tell me she was pregnant. I called Netbride and they were able to cancel her dress. A week and a half later we reordered a new dress for her.

I also haven't had any problems with them. They are very fast with responding. I know the customer service rep was on vacation a couple of weeks ago. I would suggest trying to e-mail again or just call directly. Don is very helpful.

I was thrilled- I ordered my girls' dresses in May and they arrived in August- earlier than promised. Everyone I've dealt with there has been really really nice- I recommend the site to everyone!! I think one time my quote wasn't responded to immediately so I called instead. Highly recommend them!

I recently emailed them and they didnt respond...when I emailed them the second time, they responded. P.S. They do not sell Lazaro gowns...if you were wondering.

I had a great experience with them. I ordered my wedding gown from them and they were so nice and helpful any time I called or emailed. My dress came in early and was perfect! Definately try again because maybe the just didn't get it. Good luck!

I haven't ordered by BM's dresses from them yet but I plan to - they gave me a great quote. I had also asked them for a quote on my gown, just out of curiosity. Their response was, 'do you know that your gown is being discontinued?' I was like !!!!! Macy's neglected to tell me that (they said that they were going to call me - yeah right), and the gown was due to be discontinued in like a week! Thanks to Netbride, I got to Macy's just in time to order my gown.
