Their an ex' for a reason...leave them there!

Fortunately, both FI and I share the belief of not continuing ANY type of a relationship (even friendship) with someone you've effed.

We're inviting FH's ex-wife bc their daughter is going to be our jrBM and we think it would be nice. We have a good relationship and she is also seeing someone, thankfully it's not a crazy situation. I don't know if she'll come but we want to extend the invite, then it's up to her.

That's the same with me. FH has four daughters, two by his ex wife and 2 by an ex GF. All four of his daughters are in the wedding and the invite is for both of his ex's.
I think his ex-wife will come, her and I have a very nice relationship, but the ex-gf I'm not so crazy about. (She has always been nice to me, but there is just something there that I can put my finger on)

Ex-GF is married, Ex-Wife is not.

one of my ex's wanted to be invited to my wedding and i REFUSED! my FH and I trust each other completely but i think it would make things uncomfortable for everyone..its just makes things unneccessarily weird

I had an ex from about 15 years ago. We've moved on and been platonic friends for so long now and he came in from California for my wedding. I don't think it was weird at all.

I invited one of ex's, we are good friends and he is coming. I think it depends on how long ago you dated.

One of my ex's is in the BP! FH and I have had a group of friends most of our lives. All of them are in the BP and he is one of them.

I had thought about inviting my ex, but not sure if I will.....I have a little bit of a different situation though because unbeknownst to me at the time but when I was w/ my ex he was really good friends w/ my FH. So it's a weird but different situation...

We will not be inviting any of our ex's. FH has a daughter and his ex and I do get along but I don't think she will be invited for several reasons.... As for my ex's, no way....

No Way!! I don't talk to them anyway. FH doesn't really have any EX's. I am inviting one of my ex's sisters. I became very close to his family after we broke up, and have talked to them ever since. He lives in Florida so I see him when he comes home. Not by myself of course!! I would never consider inviting him though.

No but there was an empty seat at my table at the last wedding I went to. They said it was her ex who she was engaged to years ago. If he couldn't handle it, he should have never said yes!

I will have 2 ex's there, and I believe one of our guests is FH's ex.

However, one of my ex's that is invited is currently dating someone that I fixed him up with, and the other ex we were better as friends anyway, so it's not an issue.

FH's ex is married and I've met her, and I'm cool with it.

We never even gave it a thought to invite any ex's...so NO!! My sister, however, is invited to her ex's wedding in Feb & recently went to his fiance's shower.

So is mine!!! Well, most of them anyway - we are actually inviting one - not so much a GF, but a fling after he got divorced - they egan and ended as friends though - I'm fine with it!
