Are any of you wearing hair extensions (or have you ever). I know you can get them either sewn in or glued in. But- I have 'white girl' hair and I've been told that my hair is not thick enough to have it sewn in and I'm affraid of the glue. Will it wash out of my hair easily?

Re: EXTENSIONS?
I used clip in extensions. Your hair person shouild easily be able to do this for you - put them in and take them out whenever - better for your hair and cheaper!

Re: EXTENSIONS?
i have alot of very long 'thin' hair...it looks great curly, but when i straighten it, after awhile it gets alil flat and limp, i bought a hair piece that snaps in from tri county...it snaps in, and its real human hair, you cannot even tell im wearing it..my hair looks honestly celebrity-ish with it in lol... it cost about 220 and it was well worth it.. good luck

Re: EXTENSIONS?
I had extensions that I bought for about $20 in Jamaica, Queens. My hair stylist sewed the extensions onto clips that were clipped onto my real hair. No one could tell unless I showed them!! (I have baby fine thin hair as well, so I desperately needed it!!)

Re: EXTENSIONS?
I have extensions. My hair is pretty long, but I put extensions in to give me fullness and length and also to cover up the part of my hair that hasn't grown in from the Japanese Straightening I had done a year ago. I have pictures in my community album. Feel free to ask questions!!

Re: EXTENSIONS?
I wore clip in extensions that were all curls. I bought at a beauty supply store
Has anyone tried glue? Thats my hair dresser thinks I should do. Clip on sounds like a great and popular idea. I want something cheap yet looks nice.

Re: EXTENSIONS?
I bought hair extensions for my wedding. They came on a track and my hair dresser pinned them into my hair after putting my own hair in a pony tail. It was 100% human hair. I bought two packages and each package was only $15. I should mention that I wore my hair up so it made it easy to hide the pins inside my hairstyle.

Mine were bonded in ...not sure if htat's hte same thing..but it's not cheap. Looks great and you can have it in for up to 4 months..maybe longer. You can wash, iron, curl your hair.

Re: EXTENSIONS?
mine were bonded/glued in and they were fun. No one knew they were extensions!...Get REAL human hair (as opposed to synthetic) and they will look fabolous.
