Thinking of doing a basket of assorted sizes of stretchy ballet type satin slippers for female guests to change into during the reception if their feet are killing them from too much dancing, etc...does anyone know where I can purchase these types of shoes in bulk or discounted price? Thanks

Re: Extra Guest Comfort
My slippers are exactly what you are describing. I got them in Wal-Mart for under $10. I know Isotoner makes them, check their website

Re: Extra Guest Comfort
I got them at Kohls while they were on sale for around 12 dollars. I only got them for my BP

Re: Extra Guest Comfort
Guests should wear comfortable shoes. I've never gone to a party where I borrowed shoes. I think it's one more thing you really don't need to worry about. If you want them for the BP since it is a long day for them - I think it's OK but everyone else should take care of their own stinky feet!!!

Re: Extra Guest Comfort
i got mine at dollardays.com - check under apparel. They were only 80 cents per pair (you have to order a case). The packaging is totally dollar store, so when I put them in the restroom we are going to put them in baskets tied together with ribbon.

Re: Extra Guest Comfort
No prob - they shipped right away and my mom tried on a pair and said they were comfortable. They are pastel colors. We are going to have xtras so im glad they are comfy cause i will probably be wearing them for the rest of my life

Re: Extra Guest Comfort
Meg which ones did you buy?
I looked at the ladies sport black shoes, sort of like a canvas slip on with rubberized sole and something called ladies booties which I think may be too much of a sock...I was looking at the flip flops but I'm not sure if people will have on pantyhose and that is too much drama (women have so much to consider LOL!), and also I'm unsure of the #of pairs they say 120 or 144 pieces per case I'm thinking either 60 pr or 72 pr I have to call the company tomorrow....either way it's cheap like $80 bucks
