Extra Marriage License?

Soooo I know I will not have time to go to my SS office, so I will need to do the name change by mail, but do not want to mail in my marriage license! How do I get a duplicate?

Re: Extra Marriage License?

Contact your town hall & request an official transcript of your marriage certificate. You have to pay but it is well worth it!!! I got one to send for my passport!
