I am a lifegaurd and I supervise a pool and teach swimming lessons during the summer and at night after work...could you tutor or home teach for some extra cash??? I do this whenever I can as well.
Yes I tutor one little girl. I tutored like 9 last year....but of course the year i'm getting married...no bite! Plus, I teach elementary and all of the ELA testing is over!
a friend of mine has been tutoring at Sylvan and she said they are looking for more tutors.
5 days a week!!!!! How were you able to swing that? What grade do you teach? What district if you don't mind me asking? I am elementary and reading certified and I teach in Kings Park. I can't seem to get kids to tutor though. I am a first year teacher and all the teachers there are young and want to tutor so I obviously don't get any bite :(

FH works as FDNY and has a tile company....he said he doesnt want me to work two jobs....which is kind of hard because i dont get home until 6pm...but i try to make some extra cash by tutoring math, and i sell avon and mark makeup and i do passion parties. so im hoping that brins in some cash even if its not a lot

That's a good idea! I would definitely have a passion party! My friends would love that! I can try to help a fellow bride make money too! :)

I am elementary....not as much demand after the state testing is over and done with :(
We both work second jobs. FH has been working this second job for years. He gets out of his regular job early so he did this because he would be bored lol. I've been working my second for almost 2.5 years. Retail is always an option. What about coaching a sports team at your school?
I am a teacher. I tutor 3 children and I work after school center. I also grade the state exams and work summer school every year.
I bartend during the summers. It stinks but its cash in my pocket.

Fort Salonga....I am not full time though. .5 kindergarten teacher then .5 sub salary (but I do reading support). It's tough but I am hoping to get a full time position for next year. I have my fingers crossed!
