its hard to say bc theres no standard price. Depends on what packages you get, which vendor you are using bc their prices differ, if you have add-ons, how many limos and etc
first: how many limos are you getting and what kind, this will make a huge difference. Some get 1 limo some get 2 or more. Also depends on the type of limos. Safely i would say to expect between 1-2k for limos but maybe more depends also on how many hours you will use them for. Packages are for 3 hours and you pay for extra time anything over the 3 hours
dj-most are in the $1-2k range, but a few are 3k or a little bit higher. But average is 1-2k, also depends if you get any add-ons such as plasmas, percussion, lighting. So even if you use the same dj company as someone else, one person can have a bunch of add-ons while the other has a basic package
Photo-this ranges too greatly. Just depends on who you book. Ive seen a few girls on here paying about $2k. Many you will see in the 3-4k range. Then you have a bunch of others who are paying 5k or more.
video-average i would say about $1500-2k. But there are others that are more than that, just depends on who you book.
invitations ranges more greatly than most things. Depends on what type of invitations you are getting. Will they be a single layer invitation, pocketfolds? any embellishments on them? you can nice regular invites for $300-600 or get pocketfolds or something with embellishments and pay $1000-2k
bouquets for bm's all depend on the type of flower you are using. I would say that most should be $100 or under for bm bok's, more or less depending on the flowers used.

Hard to say, but they say your hall is 50% of your budget, so the rest should be the other half!

Ryan is right ...
As a general rule of thumb, typically your RH is about 50% of the total cost of most weddings.
The other 50% is usually broken down something like this:
10% Photographer / Videographer 10% Music (less if DJ) 10% Flowers 10% Attire for Bride (dress, undergarments, hair/makeup, veil, headpiece) & Groom 6% Stationery (invitations, calligraphy, stamps, etc.) 4% Extras
Using those numbers, you should divide up how much money you have to spend, and then use that as a guideline.
Its different for everyone because everyone has a different amount budgeted for their wedding.
Keep in mind that if you are able to cut costs in one area, say Music (by using a DJ instead of a Band) or Attire (a less expensive dress) ... you can spend more in another area, or save it for your 'Extras' category in case things come up down the road that you weren't anticipating.

See my albums and review for Miller Place Inn. Love those guys!
There's no way to 'expect' a certain amount for a vendor, and, honestly, you shouldn't even attempt to shop with that mindset. Expect a level of service, but insist on the price you are comfortable with. If you expect to spend $2000, and it doesn't even make you blink, then the vendor will offer you only Y and Z, not X, Y, and Z!
FWIW, my DIY pocketfolds were about $500, so the range is really wide.
Also, I wouldn't pay $100 for a BM bouquet. I figured by what it would cost to stick it in a vase, then added for the ribbon, etc.

I would suggest you get AS MUCH INFO as possible before you decide what you can afford and WILL spend.
Our RH is HALF of our entire budget. We are not having limos because we are getting married at our RH.
our DJ is 1500 which includes ceremony music, but we got the basic package, no lights or video screens, no flat screens no give aways.
Our photog we splurged on because pictures are what you will have forever. We are spenbding about $5500 on vide and photos. Mind you our video is uncut and just cleaned up, we didn't want an edited version because we wanted to see every dull and dreary part of our reception we may have missed.
Our invites were very simple, but exactly what we wanted. we paid $250 for 100 invites and responses. Since we are getting married at our RH there was no need for a reception card.
Our BM BoK's are 40$ each. I chose gerbs becaus ethey are colorful and an all year flower which kept costs low. Roses are also inexpensive.
we will have approx. 125-130 guests at a day wedding
our RH with ceremony and open bar before our ceremony $12,575 DJ $1,500 Ph/video $5,500 flowers $1,175 invites $250 _______________
$21,000
the other 5K includes my dress: $750 with alt. after party limo $1,200 favors $125 crystal CP $600 OOT bags $150 hotel $150 tips $1000 veil ebay $25 tiara ebay $20 shoes Aldo $60 DOJ ( imade) $45 ___________________
$5,025
we are spending about 2K on attendant gifts, which we did not make a part of our wedding budget.
We also did not include the cost of our HM or rings

most bm bok's are less, mine were about $84 each. I know many are even less but did see a few girls posting about how much their bm bok's cost so giving a wide range...meant to say it should be under $100

well remember you can shop for vendors so if youre not happy with the price dont feel you have to hire them, keep searching.
Figure out first what matters most to you and what you would splurge a little bit more on and then figure out where you want to cut corners.
Invites is a great way to cut corners and find deals. Dont be afraid of other prices posted because you can get it for less. You can get them for $200-300 by going to certain sites.
DJ-find a good dj with great reviews on here for a good price. Many packages you can get for $1500
limo's- if you get 1 limo and a rolls royce which most rolls royce's are about $300-400, and a limo can cost about $800 on average you can pay less than $1500 or about that
For flowers definitely shop for this bc it can be a big difference in price from one vendor to another. Try burtons, many people say their prices are alot lower and they charge the same price for all flowers. Even try a local florist, they might charge less than a bridal florist. Also stick to flowers that wont go way over budget. Roses are the most reasonably priced flowers, also doing low cp's will cost less than high cp's. Dont feel obligated to do ceremony flowers, you'll see that many girls dont do this.
plus theres always other areas you can save money.
