We did our menu this weekend at the reception hall and ended up adding extras. It was good, though b/c they threw in some extras for free too.
We added a champagne bar for when guests arrive for the ceremony an international coffee/cordials cart and an Ice cream sundae bar (b/c FH insisted![]()

They gave us a bigger cocktail party room, an attached room next to the ballroom (that originally cost $1K extra to use) to put the coffe/cordial, ice-cream sundae bar and another drinking bar in, and they upgraded our cake for us, so It worked out good!
