wow, this woman was 17 when she had her daughter, then put herself through college, then became a social worker and adopted two boys who are teenagers and she is only 28...amazing woman and she soooo deserves this!

that was an amazing show!! that woman was an angel!! they had me in tears! they were so grateful and so deserving of a new home! that little girl was so cute!! The house came out amazing!!

I could not believe that was the same house, it was really amazing. I loved how excited they were, you could tell it was really a dream come true. She seems like a great mom, taking in 2 foster kids when she is a single mom herself. I usually like Ty on Trading Spaces, but he was really annoying on that show The decorator guy was hilarious.

They find the most giving families and do so much for them. I cry everytime I watch this show.

I am so sorry I missed this show!! I really love it, the couple times I've seen it I'm in tears by the end .. especially when the makeover the kids rooms, the kids are just so happy !
Its one of the few 'reality' shows that actually warms my heart .. noone manipulating or deceiving, etc. Whatta shock!!

That's what DH says - he hates reality tv but looks forward to this one.
Did you see the one with the soldier that was stationed in Iraq for 11 months?? That one killed me - I cried when he came home, when his parents saw him, his wife, the kids

I'm glad I'm not the only one who cries at shows like this one and this one in particular. DH says hes not gonna let me watch them anymore cause I get too sad. I cried last night. It was good. I was so happy for that girl.

I loved what they did to the living room with the red walls, black leather couch and red chairs.... gorgeous house! I loved how the kid Angel cried when he saw his room. How cool was that room?!!!

I also cried while watching this. She so deserved this makeover.
what got me was the younger boy...he just couldn't believe that something like this could happen to him...you could see it in his face...that finally something worked out for him...
