Where are you? lol I wanna know how this works and IF it works.
Anyone else heard of it/try it? I hear that since it's like a cleansing diet that it works!

i lost 8 lbs. in a week on the 'GM Diet' you can google it

Oh, I just heard about this several months ago. My cousin's uncle supposedly got it from his cardiologist. I'm almost positive it's the same...I remember the soup. I think I have my copy at work...I'll have to compare them. From what I understand, it's for patients who need to lose a large amount of weight before surgery. Her aunt and uncle have done it several times and have lost a lot of weight. My cousins tried it a couple of times. It works because it's so restrictive. I haven't tried it myself...maybe I will finally.
